Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
- Data retention period of 30 days after termination
- No refund for partial billing periods upon termination
